Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended.
- Marinate in a food-safe plastic bag or glass utility dish in refrigerator. Turn meat occasionally so that all sides are equally exposed to marinade.
- Marinate for 15 minutes to 2 hours for flavor enhancement, or up to 6 hours to tenderize.
